You can park your car in the city-wide free parking lot.

You can get there by public transport using the following route:

Bus No. 1Kr - Leningradskaya pier - Makarov Gate, Stop «Citadel Highway»;

Bus «Fort Constantine – Winter Marina», Stop «Citadel Highway». Then walk 15 minutes.

There are several types of excursions:

A tour of the Naval Museum in Russian. The duration is 1 hour. For organized groups (up to 15 people) the cost is 3,000 rubles.

Excursion to the Naval Museum in English. Duration 1 hour. For organized groups (up to 10 people) the cost is 5 000 rubles.

Excursion services on the territory of the museum are possible only by a full-time guide or an accredited guide-translator. For more details:

Military personnel and members of their families will be able to visit the museum for free. There are quotas for preferential visits for representatives of socially disadvantaged segments of the population. First of all, this applies to residents of the Kronstadt region: gifted children and talented youth of the city, winners of Olympiads, sports competitions, music competitions, etc., as well as the best employees of city enterprises, honored specialists who have awards and are the pride of the region. Tickets for this category of citizens are planned to be distributed through local governments.

Benefits are also provided for the following categories of citizens:

- pensioners;

- residents of besieged Leningrad, prisoners of fascist camps;

- illegally repressed and rehabilitated citizens;

- orphans and children left without parental care, disabled children (one accompanying a disabled child), boarding school students who are supported by the state;

- citizens staying in boarding homes for the disabled and elderly;

-members of large families;

- pupils and cadets of military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation;

- employees of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, officers of the RF Ministry of Defense, military personnel, contract employees of the RF Ministry of Defense and civilian personnel of the RF Ministry of Defense Participants of the SVO. Subsections: military personnel who take part in SVO (mobilized contract soldiers), volunteers who participate in SVO, family members of SVO participants (spouse, minor children, children over 18 years of age who became disabled before they turned 18, children under 23 years of study in educational institutions, persons who are dependent on military personnel or volunteers;

- museum employees (RF), Members of the International Council of Museums ICOM;

- employees of museums of the RF Ministry of Defense system and the relevant departments of culture, employees of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and constituent entities of the Russian Federation;

- students of faculties specializing in the field of history and culture (RF);

- members of the Association of Historians of the Second World War;

- veterans and disabled people of the Second World War, combatants, former minor prisoners, illegally repressed (RF and CIS);

- heroes of the USSR and the Russian Federation, Full Knights of the “Order of Glory” (RF and CIS), persons awarded the Order “For Service to the Motherland in the Armed Forces” of 3 degrees;

- accompanying disabled person of group I (RF and CIS);

- disabled people of groups I and II, participants in the liquidation of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant (RF and CIS);

- children under 7 years of age.

Visitors can take photos and videos for personal use on personal smartphones without restrictions, except for museum items next to which a sign “photo and video shooting is prohibited” is placed, without the use of flashes and additional equipment.

IMPORTANT! Professional photography and video filming, filming with a tripod at museum facilities, as well as video and audio recording of excursions are carried out only with the approval of the Museum Administration. On the ground floor, the Prichal cafe is located in the aft (tail) part of the submarine, to the left side relative to the bow of the submarine.

On the second floor, «The Courtroom restaurant» is located in the aft (tail) part of the submarine, on the second floor in the exhibition hall area (right side), the landmark is the «KMPZ» pavilion.

Excursion bookings open on the 1st of each month for the following month. For example, on May 1, reservations for June open.

1. Excursions are booked only after confirmation of the reservation by a museum representative.

2. Now we can only leave a request for the desired time of visit.

4. The date and time agreed upon with the museum representative will be the final date of your visit.
