- Are there excursions available?There are several types of excursions:A tour of the Naval Museum in Russian. The duration is 1 hour. For organized groups (up to 15 people) the cost is 3,000 rubles.Excursion to the Naval Museum in English. Duration 1 hour. For organized groups (up to 10 people) the cost is 5 000 rubles.
- Is it possible to order a free excursion for organizations, public associations and other structures?Indicate your question and send your contact information to call-center-mvms@mtaf.ru , an employee of the excursion desk will contact you to clarify the possibility of organizing excursion services on a free basis.
- If you are late for the excursionIn case of delay by more than 30 minutes to the appointed time of the excursion, the group is removed from the excursion service, without the possibility of transfer to another time and date and no refund. In case of delay (more than 30 minutes), the group can visit all museum objects independently, without a guide, for the price of the entrance ticket.
- If the group is more than 30 minutes late for the excursion:The group is considered not to have arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled start time of the excursion. In this case, no refund will be provided.
- Is it possible to organize a guided tour?Excursion services on the territory of the museum are possible only by a full-time guide or an accredited guide-translator. - Are there discount tickets?Military personnel and members of their families will be able to visit the museum for free. There are quotas for preferential visits for representatives of socially disadvantaged segments of the population. First of all, this applies to residents of the Kronstadt region: gifted children and talented youth of the city, winners of Olympiads, sports competitions, music competitions, etc., as well as the best employees of city enterprises, honored specialists who have awards and are the pride of the region. Tickets for this category of citizens are planned to be distributed through local governments.Benefits are also provided for the following categories of citizens:- pensioners;- residents of besieged Leningrad, prisoners of fascist camps;- illegally repressed and rehabilitated citizens;- orphans and children left without parental care, disabled children (one accompanying a disabled child), boarding school students who are supported by the state;- citizens staying in boarding homes for the disabled and elderly;-members of large families;- pupils and cadets of military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation;- employees of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, officers of the RF Ministry of Defense, military personnel, contract employees of the RF Ministry of Defense and civilian personnel of the RF Ministry of Defense Participants of the SVO. - Is it possible to take photographs in the Museum?Visitors can take photos and videos for personal use on personal smartphones without restrictions, except for museum items next to which a sign “photo and video shooting is prohibited” is placed, without the use of flashes and additional equipment.IMPORTANT! Professional photography and video filming, filming with a tripod at museum facilities, as well as video and audio recording of excursions are carried out only with the approval of the Museum Administration. - Where can you have a snack on the Museum grounds?On the ground floor, the Prichal cafe is located in the aft (tail) part of the submarine, to the left side relative to the bow of the submarine.On the second floor, «The Courtroom restaurant» is located in the aft (tail) part of the submarine, on the second floor in the exhibition hall area (right side), the landmark is the «KMPZ» pavilion.
- Is it possible to book a tour in advance?Excursion bookings open on the 1st of each month for the following month. Excursions are booked only after confirmation of the reservation by a museum representative.2. Now we can only leave a request for the desired time of visit.3.
