Сonvention and exhibition centre — modern space for educational, cultural, leisure and business events of any level. The premises of the center are unique and have no analogues in the region. As they combine a historical basis and manufacturability.
It is a modern two-story pavilion that includes galleries, halls and exhibition space. The main exhibit is the legendary Soviet nuclear submarine K-3 «Leninsky Komsomol».
The complex consists of carefully reconstructed historical buildings of artillery arsenals from the First World War, between which a modern congress and exhibition center building was erected.
